We work with your freehand sketches, mock-ups, cut and paste sheets,
design development sketches, along with unique text styles, title blocks
and fonts to bring your designs to the page. We use your layers and CAD
standards. Send us samples of your  completed projects that are similar in
scope and we will match your standards.
Schedule

Prices are based on scope of work. Minimal 25.00 an hour for basic drawings design.


  • Preliminary
Send us an email carefully describing the scope of the work and review all items that
apply to your CAD drafting order or call 214-952-3951 to discuss your needs. This will
provide us with the information that we will need in order to proceed with your project.

  • Submit Documents
Scan your documents, pdf, or save as Autocad 2005 and email documents to
mail to hawkif@yahoo.com
In addition we may request:
Sample set to match your standards. Send us a project you want us to use as a reference
and/or your written standards and procedures.

  • Proposal
If the scope of work is thoroughly defined, we calculate the amount of
time we will need to complete the job and submit a written proposal. Once you have
accepted it, the price is fixed. If no changes to the original extent of work
occur, any additional costs are borne by us.
Hourly Basis: If the scope of work is not clearly defined we recommend to work hourly.
We will provide routinely reports on time spent vs. progress.

  • Agreement & Initial Payment
If the proposal meets with your approval, you will indicate your acceptance by signing an
Agreement and we will email you an invoice with payment instructions.  A 30% Retainer is
needed in order to get the project started..

  • Working Process
Throughout the execution of the job, consistent dialogue and feedback are paramount.
You will always be informed of our progress. We will send you progress drawings as PDF
format for your review and comments. You may plot the mentioned progress drawings
and thereafter necessary redlines or mark-ups with comments. The mentioned mark-up
drawings/comments can be either faxed or emailed after scanning.

  • Final Payment
Full payment is required prior to the delivery of the final CAD files.

  • Final Delivery
Upon completion of your order, we will either email you or post the AutoCAD DWG files
immediately to your ftp site and you can download them to your computer for immediate
use. Hawkins-Alegeh CAD Design Services will return all original paper documents
supplied by the client at your request.
